DFN is made up of individuals who believe children with divorced parents stand the best chance of being successful adults if they are allowed continued access to both their parents. We understand that maintaining shared parenting relationships is difficult. Therefore we strive to help communities create networks so that still more divorced parents will be able to maintain cooperation with former spouses. What we offer is support on an individual basis. We do not provide legal advice and often suggest that parents invest their time working to build bridges of cooperation instead of hiring attorneys to litigate.
About Steven Ashley
Founder of the Divorced Fathers Network (DFN) in Santa Cruz, California, Steven Ashley has assisted hundreds of men and women in creating cooperative relationships with their former spouses. Steven speaks on behalf of fathers and their important contributions as co-parents. He is often a featured guest on radio shows and is frequently mentioned in the media.
About David Giannini
In addition to co-leading the Santa Cruz Divorced Fathers Network David Giannini manages the business side of DFN. David is a divorced father who created a co-parenting with the mother of his two children and wants to help other parents do the same. With over 20 years management experience in Silicon Valley, David brings a business perspective to Divorced Fathers Network (DFN).
